plate 1,2,3 and stacked in incubator. the stack itself was closer to me than plate 4. but i wanted to grab plate 4. and the stack was in between. when i have reached plate 4, i tried to take it out by hovering it above the stack. the topmost plate of the stack is plate 3. and plate 3 collided with plate 4, causing plate 3 to almost being knocked over from the collision. but i had another hand stopping it, leaving 25% of all my data not destroyed.
crisis averted. every plate should now be treated as highly fragile glass. handled with both hands - one for stability, one for movement. most importantly, whatever i grab cannot have anything in between, especially a fucking stack of plates that are all mine.
